Worst customer service

Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed to have little interest in resolving my issue. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored. I expected much better service and at the begining I wanted an exchange of the item but when I didn't get any proper feedback I decided to have a full refund.
