Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery happens within 3 working days in Cairo, 4 working days to delta and Alex, and 7 working days to Upper Egypt and Red Sea, given that the customer has submitted all his details as required e.g. (complete phone no. and detailed address including building no. / street name/ area name / city).
  • International deliveries happen within 4 working days.
  • The lead time of delivery starts the next day of placing the order.
